I used to post on a regular basis. I have just been so busy that I have not had time to share anything. Between being a photographer, videographer, dad, husband, student, friend, and owner of a software company, time slips by me. We are all given the same amount of time each day. We all get 24 hours. Some of us come up short some days. Make each second, minute, or hour count. I maximize my time the best I can. I am thankful for the time I have been given. I hope you enjoy your time today. Also, here is a photo I took for Castle & Cooke’s new Highgate Community in Bakersfield, California. They built a beautiful clock tower in the middle of the community. The clock tower will always tell us how much time we have. Have a great day.
I had the opportunity to photograph Director/Photographer Monte C. Wilson. I have known him for well over a decade and always enjoy my time with him.
The say that time heals all wounds. As a photographer, time gives you an opportunity to see something that maybe you didn’t see the first time. I took this photo back in June of 2014. When I took the photo I honestly can say that I didn’t like it. There was something bugging me about the photo. I have not looked at any of the photos that I took until today. Today, I see something different than I did a little over 2 years ago.
That is what time does for us. Time gives us the ability to let certain ideas or mental noise to dissipate. How we may have felt at that moment in time is no longer a concern for us now.
This is what I love about photography. We can see something that we did not see the first time. Take your time and enjoy each moment because you never know how time will change the photo or your life.
